The L'Illot Park Aparthotel is located in Cala Ratjada and is just 750 metres from the beach, to which the hotel operates a shuttle service from June 15th to September 15th. The hotel is surrounded by 4,000 square metres of garden area.

The aparthotel has 92 junior suites, each measuring 30 square metres and with a terrace measuring seven square metres. Each suite is equipped with a dining room, lounge, kitchenette, music centre, pay-per-view television channel, Spanish and international television channels, a safety-deposit box, air-conditioning and central heating. Bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, mirror and desk.

Facilities at the L'Illot Park include reception area, non smoking buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, bar, card room, reading room, television room, swimming pool with sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols and a children's section. The L'Illot Park has a partition-style conference room (100 square metres) for conventions or other events.
