The La Pineda Aparthotel is a four star aparthotel located 600 metres from the Cala Guya beach and 500 metres from the port of Cala Ratjada.

The La Pineda was refurbished during winter 2001. It is composed of nine buildings with a surrounding area of almost 23,000 square metres of landscaped gardens. Facilities at the La Pineda include a reception area, dining room with hot and cold buffet service, lounge and bar, all with air conditioning. There is a gym, a heated indoor pool (during low season) and four clay tennis courts. The aparthotel also has a pool for adults and children with sun terraces, sun beds and parasols. It provides a varied programme of entertainment and sporting activities during the day, such as gymnastics and water polo. In the evening, there are shows, games, competitions and quizzes as well as dancing. Board games, pool tables and table tennis are also available at an extra charge. For children, there is the 'Froggy Club' which offers a programme of activities, games, competitions and a children's play ground.

The aparthotel has 151 one room apartments with two beds, 100 double rooms with shower and double bed and 100 double rooms with bath and twin beds. All rooms and apartments are fully air-conditioned and have satellite television, telephone, a safety deposit box to rent and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette with fridge.
