The two key The Lakes Apartments are situated 500 metres from Koukounaries beach and the quieter beach at Agia Eleni. It is set on the main coastal road, overlooking a nature reserve and is 12 kilometres from Skiathos Town.

Accommodation at the The Lakes complex is in studios (for one to two or two to three persons) with two or three beds, air conditioning (payable locally), kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge, kettle and sandwich maker, shower room and balcony (with lake view) or terrace.
