The Eva Park comprises 81 apartments on three floors and with two lifts. There is a reception area with safety deposit boxes, lounge bar, sauna and solarium, non smoking buffet restaurant, pool with sun terraces, indoor pool and bicycle cellar.

The apartments in the aparthotel are equipped with telephone, safety deposit box, mini bar, satellite television, central heating, kitchenette, living/bedroom, bathroom, balcony or terrace. Larger apartments have a sofa bed and an extra bedroom.
