The hotel, set in 75,000 square metres, offers terraces offering views of the fort of La Mola, a restaurant using fresh produce grown in the hotel's own kitchen garden, gardens with swimming pool with sunbathing area and grounds with sheep, ducks, rabbits, donkeys and peacocks. Between the hotel's two buildings there is an area of 720 square metres equipped with teak furniture, music, bar service and a small natural cave. The hotel also features a sitting room dominated by a fireplace of 'marés' (typical of the island) stone, furnished in the colonial style and offering a library specialising in subjects relating to Minorca, flat screen satellite television with DVD and board games. Guests at the Son Granot may enjoy services such as internet access, wi-fi, laundry service, massage and naturopathy sessions.
The main building of Son Granot is in Georgian style and has eight bedrooms, five with sea views and the rest overlooking the swimming pool, the garden and the rest of the grounds. Two of these look out from the front façade of the building and have a terrace with views of the entrance of the Port of Mahon and the fort of La Mola. Son Granot also has two suites with private sitting rooms and terrace. These can be found in the second Menorcan style building, surrounded by gardens and a well. Each bedroom is different in decoration but each has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, stereo, telephone, mini bar, safety deposit box and satellite television. The hotel has one bedroom adapted for disabled guests.
