The key Bellavista Apartments were built in 2003 and are situated in the second line from the seafront, on the Paseo Mediterráneo, just 50 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the centre of Miami Platja.

The Bellavista complex offers apartments for four to six persons with two double rooms, dining/living room with double sofa bed, television, two bathrooms with showers, kitchen with an electric cooker, hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a furnished terrace with patio furniture. Apartments for six to eight persons have three double bedrooms.

Facilities at the apartments include a garden, terrace, children's playground, lift access, outdoor swimming pool with children's paddling section and sun terrace.
