The three star Pinar del Mar Hotel is located 200 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the tourist and shopping centre of Platja d'Aro. There are restaurants, bars and nightclubs just a five minute walk away. It is 37 kilometres to Girona and the airport.

The hotel, which was renovated in 2004, has a total of 39 rooms, 25 of which are in the main building and 14 of which are in annexe buildings, with the terrace 'Patio Andaluz' which houses the family rooms for up to four or five guests. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, telephone, satellite television, internet access, safety deposit box and either a balcony or a terrace.

Facilities at the air-conditioned Pinar del Mar include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, two lifts, television room, conference facilities, bar, cafeteria and a terrace restaurant.
