The two star Neptuno Hotel was refurbished in 2006 and is located on a pedestrian street, a few metres away from Puerta del Sol, in the city centre of Madrid. it is close to the main tourist attractions such as the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, cathedral, Prado museum and the Gran Vía.
