The Helios Hotel is a three star hotel located in Ca'n Pastilla, just 50 metres from the Playa de Palma beach. Palma is only ten minutes away. The hotel was renovated in 2002.
The Helios' facilities include 24-hour reception, gardens, outdoor pool with sun terrace, children's pool, an indoor heated pool, games room, television room, conference room, reading room, children's playground, dining room, bar, restaurant, hairdresser, tennis court and money exchange. The Helios offers activity programmes and daily entertainment.
The hotel has 305 rooms on five floors with three lifts. All rooms are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, satellite television, safety deposit box, bathroom and terrace or balcony. The hotel also has 36 apartments with kitchenettes, as well as the other facilities.
Board basis available at this hotel is self catering, bed and breakfast, half board or full board.

The whole area of Ca'n Pastilla is awesome. The beach is very clean and not full of people. I would definitely return there, but to a different hotel.
Helios hotel has quite nice rooms, but I don't advise rooms in the back side of this hotel with a view on the airport and the busy street. They are very noisy.
The staff is very mean. Not helpful at all. Food was all week the same. I didn't expect this quality of food. I would definitely choose other hotel to stay in Ca'n Pastilla.

We visited the hairdresser and she was excellent, only 12 euros for wash and blow dry. Very experienced. If you stay at this hotel, you must visit the hairdresser. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely resort and hotel to stay in.
