This Iberostar aparthotel offers accommodation in type A1 apartments that are for two to four people and have a telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, kitchenette, combined living-bedroom with two bed settees, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning in summer, central heating in winter and a balcony. Most type S apartments (studios) are without a balcony, but are equipped with telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, combined living-bedroom, air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter, kitchenette and bathroom. The studios are also available with a balcony. A cleaning service six times a week and a change of linen is included in the price.

The Iberostar Cala Millor Park consists of three buildings with 193 apartments on six floors with five lifts. It has a lobby with reception and seating areas, bar with satellite television, an a la carte restaurant, non-smoking buffet restaurant, heated indoor pool (December to April ) and sauna. The public rooms are all air-conditioned. In the grounds, there is a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, swimming pool for adults, children's pool and pool snack bar (only in summer). For children there is a playground and mini club (only in summer) for children from four years of age. As entertainment, the Iberostar Cala Millor Park provides dance evenings and competitions. In high season, the shows in the evening generally take place outside and there is a special entertainment programme for children in summer. For those interested in sport, there are facilities for table tennis, volleyball, aerobics, archery, rifle shooting. An extra charge is payable for the pool tables and games machines.
