The two key Elena Apartments are located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, with shops, bars and restaurants within 100 metres and close to the beach. The Elena complex is in two blocks which are separated by a road.

All 58 apartments have a kitchenette with two electric rings, bathroom and balcony or patio. One bedroom apartments have one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Two bedroom apartments have an additional twin or double bedroom. There is maid service five times a week, towels are changed twice and linen once a week.
