The three star Playamar Aparthotel is situated on the seafront of Laredo. Built in 1991 and refurbished in 1999, it is next to the promenade and just 150 metres from the sailing club.

The aparthotel can accommodate up to 162 people in 46 apartments with lounge, kitchen, terrace, bathroom, telephone, television, radio, central heating, hair dryer, safety deposit box and piped music. Some apartments have a terrace.
