The Riutort Hotel is located in s'Arenal, 200 metres from the Balneario beach, 100 metres from the bus station, eight kilometres from the airport and 12 kilometres from Palma city centre. The hotel is situated in the tourist area where all kind of services, summer sports, shops and pubs can be found.

The Riutort was renovated during the period 2000/2002. The main floor has a reception, snack-bar, recreation room (pool tables, flipper, video games)and lounge with satellite television. The whole hotel is air-conditioned. There are two conference rooms, a gym, sauna, hydro massage, jacuzzi, sun bed and a bicycle garage with a repairs table for cyclists. The dining room is situated on the first floor and it has air conditioning. The service includes cold and hot buffet. There is a sun terrace with a swimming pool, which has a bar service and hammocks. The pool has a separate children's area. There is evening entertainment at least twice a week.

This hotel has six floors, two lifts, 175 double rooms and 20 single rooms. All of the rooms have a bathroom, telephone and air conditioning. 90 per cent of the rooms have a terrace, satellite television, fridge and safety deposit box. There is daily room cleaning and towel change, with sheets being changed twice a week.
