Hotel Olimpo

On arrival at the Olimpo Bay Hotel me and my girlfriend were shocked to be told that it was actually fully booked. We were then sent to another hotel for the first night. We were told to return the next day at 12:00 noon for our room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room key for the fifth floor. We took the lift up and were shocked once again to notice it was actually someone else's room. We went back to reception to complain and were given a room on the first floor which was situated pool side directly above the outside bar! The bathroom in the room was pitiful with no bath and just a shower tray with two curtains round it and needless to say, where did the water go when you were showering? All over the floor! The white shower curtains were also very stained at the bottom and there was only one plug socket in the bedroom which the TV was plugged into and one plug socket in the bathroom - not enough if you ask me!

The food was absolutely terrible. If you like dried out fish then you're OK, but come on, we basically lived on chips and salad or chips and vegetables for a week - not good! Yes, your bed sheets and towels were always clean every day but the rest of the cleanliness of the hotel was bad, especially around the pool area - very dirty! To be honest it would be fine for a young group of guys maybe but for a nice relaxing all inclusive holiday it was totally rubbish!
