The three star Costa Verde Hotel is situated only 500 metres from the centre of s'Arenal. The beach of Playa de Palma is 800 metres away, but there is a free bus service from the hotel to the beach which runs five days a week.

The hotel is surrounded by green areas and there is a garden area which provides shade under the trees. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool with children's area, sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols, pool snack bar with a covered terrace, entrance hall with reception desk, games room, lounge, bar with pool tables and non-smoking restaurant offering a buffet service. There is also a playground for children. The Costa Verde offers a varied entertainment programme with competitions and games. Evening entertainment is in the form of shows and dancing.

The hotel has five floors and one lift. There are 125 rooms, all with telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, balcony or terrace. Family rooms are a little larger and include bunk beds. Single rooms do not have a balcony.
