The three star Vila Gaivota Apartments are situated on a hillside, some 200 metres from the beach, about 3 kilometres from Ferragudo on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Vila Gaivota, which was renovated in 2004, comprises 150 one and two bed roomed apartments, spread over two single storey buildings, each apartment having a bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with satellite television and a rental safety deposit box. Two apartments have been adapted for use by disabled guests.

The facilities, at the Apartments, include a restaurant, a bar, 24 hour reception, internet access, a TV room, a games room, a small supermarket, a swimming pool with sun beds and parasols, and a children's pool. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within 100 metres of the Apartments.
