The four star Prainha Club Apartments are situated in the Prainha Touristic Village, about 400 metres from the beach, which is reached by steps or a lift (April until October) and 2 kilometres from the centre of Alvor, some 4 kilometres from Portimao and 65 kilometres from Faro Airport, on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Prainha Club, comprises 61 studios and one and two bed roomed apartments, all facing south, and each having a bathroom, a balcony or terrace and a kitchenette, being equipped with air conditioning and cable television.

The facilities, at the Hotel, include one restaurant open all year and four seasonal restaurants, a pool side snack bar, 24 hour reception, laundry service, lifts, TV lounge, Wi-fi access and a supermarket open in summer. The Hotel also has a swimming pool, a children's pool and play park, a health club with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and a Thalgo centre offering various baths and beauty treatments. There is also a swimming pool on the cliff top open from April until October. Guests can use the three tennis courts and the basketball court.
