The two key Roc Oasis Park Apartments are situated in Cala'n Blanes, in the western part of Menorca and only three kilometres from Ciutadella.

The accommodation at the Roc Oasis Park comprises 168 apartments. One bedroom apartments for two to four persons have a balcony or terrace, separate twin bedroom, living area with ceiling fan, sofa bed, television, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, kettle and microwave and bathroom with hair dryer. The two bedroom apartments for two to six persons are the same as above but have an additional twin bedroom.

Facilities at this Roc complex include a children's club for three to 12 year olds, a crèche for children aged six months to two years, a play room, mini discos, two outdoor swimming pools surrounded by terraces with sun loungers and parasols, poolside bar which serves lunchtime snacks, restaurant and snack bar with take-away service, programme of daytime activities and evening entertainment, five-a-side football pitch, basketball, table tennis, pool table and mini-golf.
