The four star Pestana Dom Joao II Hotel is situated by the Tres Irmaos beach at Alvor, some 5 kilometres from Portimao and 74 kilometres from Faro Airport, on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Pestana Dom Joao II, comprises a number of rooms and 32 Villas, each room having a bathroom with hairdryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a direct dial telephone and a rental safety deposit box. The suites also have a minibar.

The facilities, at the Hotel, include a restaurant, a bar, reception and internet access. The Hotel also has two swimming pools, a pool bar/snack bar, open in summer, a gym and minigolf. Together with the Pestana Alvor Atlantico and Delfim hotels, this Hotel makes up the Pestana Dom Joao II Village, and guests may use any of the facilities in the complex.
