The four star Pestana Porches Praia Ocean Suites Hotel is part of the Pestana Viking Resort, and is situated on a cliff top, with direct access to the Senhora do Rocha beach, some two kilometres from the centre of Armacao de Pera, and about 55 kilometres from Faro Airport, on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Pestana Porches Praia, comprises 60 suites, each having a bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with satellite television, a telephone and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the Hotel, include three restaurant, three bars, reception, laundry service, a games room, two swimming pools, and a pool bar/snack bar, two children's pools, a health centre with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, and a hairdresser. The Hotel has two tennis courts.

There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants in Aramacao, and various water sports are available on the beach.
