Surrounded by gardens and woods with oak and palm trees, the total area of this hotel covers 385,000 square metres. The main building comprising 20 rooms, was home to Menorcan aristocrats before becoming an aparthotel in 1997.

The Aparthotel Rural Sant Ignasi offers a swimming pool, bar, lounge and restaurant 'Es Lloc' which offers a combination of traditional Menorcan dishes with international cuisine, accompanied by wines and liquors from the hotel's wine cellar. The original floor of the building is over 200 years old.

On the ground floor is a reception hall and rooms for 20 people all with bathrooms en suite. Additionally, each room has its own private garden. On the next floor there are five apartments with terraces with views of the countryside and the town and bay of Ciutadella. The loft of the house on the second floor comprises five more apartments with a communal lounge and sloping wooden ceilings. Each of the rooms is decorated in a Mediterranean style and has Menorcan and English furniture dating from the 18th century.
