The one key Mar Playa Blanca Apartments are situated 300 metres from the beach in the resort of Cala Blanca. The apartments are 45 kilometres west of Mahon and the international airport of Menorca, three kilometres south of Ciutadella and close to the centre of the resort, where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1995, the low rise Mar Playa Blanca complex has a total of 57 apartments and studio flats which are distributed over two floors around a central pool area. All apartments and studios come with an en suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette with a fridge, combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds and either a balcony or terrace.

Facilities at the apartments include a bar and an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces with loungers and parasols.
