The one key Rocas Marinas Apartments are situated on a small headland overlooking the entrance to the Addia and Macaret harbour, on the north coast of Menorca. The apartments are approximately 20 kilometres north west of the capital Mao and the international airport of Menorca. It is just five minutes drive to the centre of the resort of Arenal d'En Castell where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

The low rise Rocas Marinas complex offers 12, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, which are distributed between two, two storey buildings and set amidst a central pool and garden area overlooking the sea. All apartments have an en suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette with oven, fridge, washing machine, and ironing board, a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, safety deposit box and either a balcony or terrace.

Facilities at the Rocas Marinas complex include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with children's pool, sun terraces and gardens offering panoramic views over the sea towards the Favaritx lighthouse.
