The Apolo is nothing special really. Basic layout, small swimming pool and breakfast was nothing exciting. Reception staff were not the best I've seen.

This hotel is very German orientated. We were the only British staying there and it would have been nice to see more nationalities staying there.

Ca'n Pastilla is now mostly German hotels.

Don't think we would go again. Will stick to what we know - Palma Nova.

Taxis are very expensive to/from airport - 12 euros each way, which I thought was very excessive!

My friend and I lived there 1973 and 1974. I never forget the Apolo hotel. My memories makes me feel warm inside. I remember all the names of the people that worked there. I visited them 18 years ago and they remembered me.

Our first all inclusive holiday for years - rooms were comfortable and room service good but food very disappointing - pork every day, cooked in different way.
Not value for money on all inclusive but good for room only.

Some Reception staff very dour.

Restaurant not suited for elderly or disabled - steep stairs - toilets not available at restaurant level.

Biggest disappointment - detailed all concerns in writing and received no acknowledgement at all even after all these months. Loved the resort - will be back there three times this year but unfortunately not to the Apolo.
