If I ever visit Lanzarote again, then the Panorama Apartments would be my first choice. My girl friend and I found the self catering apartments excellent. Our apartment over looked the pool area, which was first class and very quiet with plenty of loungers, several poolside showers and a jacuzzi for two which we both loved. There is also a small pool side bar which played lovely Spanish music and served snacks from 11:30 a.m. until late afternoon.

We were only a few streets from the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes.

The hotel is actually Ok but like the majority of people, we originally booked the Arena Dorada but we were moved to Panorama. Hotel staff all friendly except a young Spanish girl - she's rude!

Our coach did not come to pick us up from the airport so we had to pay for our taxi. This was due to being moved resorts. The hotel were supposed to sort this but gave us a fax with the names of another couple on it - they don't care what happens to you basically. If you have booked up and get moved, make sure you sort out your coach ASAP and don't take the hotel staff's word for it.

Hotel was basic. Not a lot of cooking equipment at all but OK.

A bit old fashioned inside but lovely and clean. Pool never busy and plenty of sunbeds. Ideal for a quiet holiday. Easy walking distance to the beach, strip and the old town. Would definitely visit again.

Not enough plugs in the apartment but this was the only thing I could complain about really. Ask for a pool room if possible.
