I can honestly say that this was the nicest, most relaxing holiday I have ever been on. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The hotel is set in a nice area with lots to see and with the beach only a couple of metres away. It's no wonder I have been coming back here for five years.

Even tough we went at the end of the season, they still have all the entertainment they have during the summer. Even though I have never eaten in the Bahia Pollensa, it has always smelt nice and on my return in June, I will eat there.

The bar staff are very clean and helpful as every hour or so they will come and pick up all the glasses from round the pool. I like going round about this time as all the children are in school and it's nice and quiet.

Puerto Pollensa has a nice market in the town square and lots of little cafes. A nice cafe is 'Bony's' - he is a very funny man and always remembers you when you come back.
If you prefer to go to an English bar, then 'JK's' is just round the corner. It is known as a sports bar and you can watch all the football you want in there. They also have internet connection so you can talk to all your friends.
Another good English bar is 'Palms'. That is situated behind Pollensa Park and they are a very friendly family, with a games room for the children, karaoke every couple of nights and live entertainment. Worth a look. So overall I loved it! See you again soon!

Hi there! I would just like to say that the staff are the best of fun, especially the waiters and the receptionists! Best holiday ever!

The food was delicious and the room service was brilliant! Couldn't have asked for a better holiday, except we didn't have a lot of sunshine - but that's not the hotel's fault!

I highly recommend the Bahia Pollensa hotel!

Totally disgusting. The air con did not work. Moved to another room after one week where the air con worked but is stank of sewage. There is even an electric deodoriser on the wall which will keep you awake all night as it glugs out air freshener to kill the smell of sewage. My son developed a serious throat infection and had to go to the doctor immediately on his return. In short, if I were you I would avoid this place.

I thought that this hotel was comfortable - the rooms were always clean and they were pretty spacious. The hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly.

The only small thing was that this hotel had good but little entertainment at night - the few times I saw it, it seemed to be good so it would have been nice to have seen more of it. I would recommend this hotel for families who enjoy a relaxing break abroad - there was plenty to do for younger ones in the hotel. Also handy being so close to the beach for sun lovers!!!
