"The Best In Ibiza - Orvay Apartments"
Travel date:
August 2008
Six of us stayed at the Orvay Apartments from the 1st August - 15th August.
The staff were excellent - from the ladies on reception, the cleaners, night steward and the staff in the cafe bar. We had no complaints what so ever.
We had two apartments. They were perfect for us. Everything was clean when we arrived and the cleaning staff were in every day to tidy up. If we were still in our beds, they just picked up the rubbish and left us clean towels.
The two ladies on reception were always smiling and made you feel welcome. Get your club tickets from them, they are always reliable, you get your tickets for the best price and they are genuine.
The meals in the cafe were fantastic. I would go as far as to say it was the best place to eat. The cook did a great job. Special mention to Trassa and Shelly, they were awesome and give us a few tips and always give us a great welcome when ever we came in.
This is the place to stay. Only downside was our Escapades rep - we bought his weeks package but most of the time we didn't know where or what we were doing. The noticeboard was well out of date and most of the time give us duff information. The rep himself wasn't a bad lad but he seemed more interested in some guests than others.
I give it nine out of ten and it would have been ten out of ten if it hadn't been for the rep. The staff of the Orvay made our holiday so much better. Roll on next year..
