The three star Club Maritim Hotel was completely refurbished during the winter of 2006 and is located in a residential area, in Port d;'es Torrent, near the Bay of San Antonio. It is 150 metres from the sea and 600 metres from the beach.

The Club Maritim has 70 studios and apartments with one bedroom, sofa-bed, kitchenette, microwave, bathroom, satellite television, telephone, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safety deposit box and balcony and views of the gardens.

Facilities at the aparthotel include a restaurant serving a buffet with a variety of dishes, bar with a snack service, lounge, satellite television, central heating and air-conditioning in communal areas, two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, terrace and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, gym, table tennis and a multi-purpose sports court where guests can practice tennis, volleyball and football. There is a children's playground in the Hotel Costa Sur which also belongs to the Playasol Group, just 15 metres away.
