The Aquasol is clean but it is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Needs upgrading or demolishing. On two occasions we found a cockroach - the ants got to them before we did.

I knew there were no lifts but they should employ a porter to help with the luggage because of all the stairs. I went half board but ate out most of the time. Food is very basic.

Apart from that, the hotel is nice and the kiddies' club is well run.

This hotel is fantastic. Stayed there for a week. Weather was great and entertainment was good too!

This was the first time I'd taken my children abroad and was a little scared as I took them on my own. I needn't have worried - we never once felt unsafe or alone while we were there!

I will say the lifeguard is about as useful as a chocolate teapot as was seen more chatting with staff more than actually around the pool which was a problem as when he was needed, no-one could find him! Don't let this put you off though as this really was the only thing I could moan about. The pool is lovely, the staff are quite friendly and the maids do a brilliant job.

The beach, which is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel, is beautiful, clean and not too packed. You can actually stand a few feet out and feed the fish. Wonderful. Given the chance, I would definitely go back to the Aquasol hotel. The only reason we haven't yet is because we cant get it on the dates that we would like, which is a real shame.

The Aquasol is a really nice hotel, weather was hot and staff were friendly and helpful. Got chucked out first night and had to sleep on the beach. We were too loud apparently, so may not be suitable for loud groups of people. I went with ten friends, aged 18-26 years.

Hotel was situated in a lovely position, being close to all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, pubs and clubs, beach and of course, Magalluf. Magalluf is a ten to 15 minute walk or a four euros taxi ride.

The rooms in which we stayed were lovely and clean and we had maid service every other day. Will definitely be going again next year, will just have to be a little quieter.

Living quarters and kitchen area not too good. Needs a work top to put kettle on. No microwave. No TV. All steps all around the hotel.

Marjorca itself great. Nice beach nice for eating out. Pirate Show out of this world. Would come again to that area but not the to Aquasol hotel.

Stayed at the Aquasol in September 2007. There needs to be more entertainment for kids, like a kids disco. They have a kids' club a couple of hours a day. What about the evenings.? What do the reps do after the kids' club? They should be more involved. Been to other hotels where kids had discos and other things to do up until a certain time in the evening, bingo, then evening entertainment.

My family and I went on a two week holiday to Palmanova and it was absolutely incredible! I have never experienced such a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend it, to especially families as it was a family friendly resort. The Aquasol hotel was clean and the maids were very friendly and would go out of their way to help the guests.

The entertainment was okay and the only negative point was the fun activity organiser (kids' club), who spoke to us on the first evening of the holiday, yet was ignorant and rude to us for the following thirteen days. She didn't show a lot of friendly humour nor kindness to the tourists staying at the hotel, although everyone else at the hotel (staff) were wonderful!

The pool was clean and spacious and there was a lot of variety in food choice. I totally enjoyed the meals, evening and morning.

The beach was literally a five minute walk from the hotel and what a beach it was - really clean and not a spot of litter anywhere! The weather was good when we went there, but a lot of activities and excursions throughout the hotel were inside, so a lot of variety was provided if there was a rainy day. I really enjoyed the holiday and would reccommend it to families as it is a child friendly environment. It was a brilliant, enjoyable and excitement packed family holiday experience!

Aquasol Aparthotel: what a fabulous place to stay. Weather spot on all day, definitely got a tan. Only a five minute walk to Palma Nova town and 10-15 minutes walk to Magalluf which is great night life and many great restaurants and clubs, for the ones who like to party.

Great place, friendly staff. I promise you now it's worth the stay.

All six of us enjoyed our stay at the Aquasol. We were in a three bedroom apartment with adequate facilities for six adults (although I wouldn't have thought it big enough for eight). The only down side was one of the rooms lacked any form of clothing storage i.e. no wardrobes, so beware, otherwise we had no complaints. The rooms were clean with fresh towels and sheets every second.

Anyone going please be reminded to keep all your receipts. That was a down side as we paid for extra room keys and a safe. We did not get our deposit back as we could not find our receipt so again, beware, keep them safe!

Well, we have stayed in hotels all over the world and this wasn't the worst, though definitely not the best.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The maids, though we didn't see them often, did a fine job and were helpful.

I wouldn't recommend anyone with any walking problems this hotel as there are far too many steps up and down. The pool was nice, though you had to get down early to get a tanning chair.

We didn't eat at the restaurant, we did however have a few meals at the poolside bar and it wasn't bad at all.

The store is definitely overpriced and I would recommend going to the store up the hill at back of the hotel. Good prices and a good selection.

The staff were nice and we got some good recommendations on things to do from them.

No TV was a bad for the kids, but, to be honest, we weren't in the rooms long enough to watch it anyway. It was a rather enjoyable vacation, though no frills hotel was a little disappointing.

Also, if you are going to be loud, then I would not chose this resort as we received a written warning within our first week which we thought to be out of order.

An excellent place to go to with your family. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You are close to the beach and in walking distance to Magaluf. A visit to Pirates is a must and will be the highlight of your holiday. The entertainment in the hotel is excellent with something for all ages. Can't wait to return next year.

This was the third visit to Palma Nova and as always, the Aquasol never disappointed. A clean, friendly hotel, entertainment great. Did have a small problem with ants - my fault, I left the sugar out - after a night out in Palma Nova - the less said!

Our room was at the back by the main road so it was a bit noisy but the receptionist offered to change our rooms the following day if we wanted.

Hotel very close to all amenities - supermarket up the road, to the left as you come out. Fancy a pizza? Go to Simsalabims next to Banana Jo's. Fantastic. Both places excellent for a local night out. Staff very friendly.

Biggest improvement is that the bus timetable is easy to read and reliable. If you are thinking of going to Palma, go early before 9.30 a.m. as the buses get very busy. Biggest disappointment, the building works in Palma especially by the cathedral and surrounding area. We will definitely be back.

We stay at the Aquasol twice a year and always find it welcoming. It has a great atmosphere. The rooms are spotless with a very good service by the cleaning staff. The entertainment is free and varied and the entertainment staff do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. We will be returning again this year.

This hotel was ace! I would definitely go back there again no doubt about it! If you are on a clubbing holiday in Magaluf, then this is the place to stay! Because if go clubbing in Magaluf, then it's only a 10-15 minute walk back to your hotel and it's quieter in Palma Nova.

You've got a choice of three beaches - Palma Nova beach, Son Matias beach and Magaluf beach. All three are gorgeous – nice and clean and sky blue waters! Excellent stay. The staff were really friendly and I will be back next year. Recommended definitely!

We stayed here from April 30th to 7th May. We went to the Aquasol as a family of six and my first impression of the aparthotel was a very good one. A very clean hotel with the beach just around the corner not even three minutess away from the Aquasol.

The weather was ok, the first day it was a nice 31 degrees but just stayed around the 20-25 mark. Although we never used the children's activities, there were plenty of them.
A treasure hunt got high admiration.

However, there was a little noise late at night which was a problem at times but don't let it put you off. It is a good hotel and don't forget its only somwhere to put your head down for the night, not somewhere to live. DEFINATELY worth a visit.

Me and my family stayed in the Aqua Sol for one week in March 2005. The food on the half board basis wasn't that good but was ok.

Even thought the weather wasn't that good, there were three hours of activities to do which was good and I met loads of people. Its a really good place and isn't that far from the beach or shops. So rock on, Aqua Sol!
