The two key Ses Roquetes Apartments are located on the front line of the Ca'n Picafort beach. The area also offers a range of services, such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, discos, banks and vehicle hire and there is a bus service to the resort centre.

Apartments have a bathroom, kitchen and balcony or terrace. All are equipped with satellite television, air-conditioning, safety deposit box and telephone.

In addition to 22 apartments, the Ses Roquetes complex has common areas with television room, lift and telephone box.
