The two key Hapimag Mas Nou Apartments lie in the middle of the Club de Golf d'Aro on a 325 metre high plateau. The resort was opened in 1992 and consists of 16 buildings containing 192 apartments.

The apartments in this Hapimag complex are fitted out in a rustic, local style and each has its own balcony. The eight one room apartments of 45 square metres are for two people and offer a living room/dining room with two single sofa beds, a kitchenette, bathroom, hair dryer, television, telephone and safety deposit box. The 154 two room apartments of 55 square metres are for four people and have a separate bedroom with twin beds. The 30 three room apartments of 75 square metres are four six people and have two twin bedrooms.

Facilities at the Hapimag Mas Nou complex include an outdoor pool (not heated from April to October), heated indoor pool, bar and pool bar (in summer), restaurant, supermarket, internet station, television and video room and washing machines and tumble dryers. The typical Catalan restaurant 'Vallvanera' serves a selection of Mediterranean dishes at lunchtime and in the evening and gourmet evenings are held on a regular basis. The bar and the pool bar serve snacks and the supermarket has a range of food (but does not sell meat).
