Our stay at the hotel was a fine experience. The Belvedere Park is spotless. The pools are a good all rounder - shallow enough for non swimmers and up to two metres deep and cleaned every day.

The rooms are well sized and serviced regularly. Food hall very large and plenty of choice. Hotel staff on the whole friendly and children well catered for. Downside - adult fun on site poor.

Free bus to Palma Nova every 30 minutes until six p.m. We found getting around easy but some people will find difficulty getting down to Cala Mayor due to no footpaths on a windy hill but take a taxi for five euros and no stress! Local supermarkets cheaper than Palma Nova resort shops.

Recommend go karting and to the waterpark at Magaluf. Go to the 'Pirates' - a lot of money but worth every penny! Want an adrenalin buzz? Go to Santa Ponsa for the speedboat thrill ride. Pick up from your hotel and book in Palma Nova.

OK, that's all I can say. The hotel's a good one!

The reception system works well throughout the day working quickly and effectively to deal with all visitors, even during the night as someone is on duty 24/7. There are only two lifts within the hotels which in themselves could be made bigger to accommodate luggage. The stairs are readily accessible to most people staying in the hotel.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel does not provide cocktails, there is a wide enough selection of soft and alcoholic beverages to suit all needs.
The rooms are limited, however they do have all equipment required for an all inclusive holiday, storage space and beds.

A problem, however, is that the doors in the hotel rooms do not lock from the inside making it easy for young children to open the door which is a problem I am unaware of as being addressed.

The entertainment is fabulous - there is something every day and will provide something for everyone. The mini disco aimed at children can also be very entertaining for adults also. The canteen area is open for meal times which is suitable as the outdoor eating areas are open intermittently with the canteen meaning you can get food at all times of the day. The variety of foods in the canteen was good, however there was a lack of complete English meals which was a problem for some people who are rather selective about the foods they consume.

The pools and the safety put in place around these areas was of a high standard allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday. Overall I was very happy with my holiday at the Belvedere Park and would highly recommend it to everyone else who enquires regarding this hotel.

There is a fairly steep hill up to the hotel, and it is quite out of the way, however a bus runs every half hour to Palma and Marineland.

The entertainers were very funny and they did both the activities in the day and at night. They worked hard and were very good at their job.

The staff friendliness on the bar could do with improvement and air conditioning would have made a difference in the rooms. In the main lounge for some reason the air conditioning at 11pm is switched off and we mentioned this to our rep who was very helpful. You could only get three drinks per person at one time which I thought was a bit of a pain especially when its all inclusive and they did not do cocktails.

The food was good and I don't think you'd find a place more clean. Activities included volleyball, football, water polo.

It was a good holiday and the weather was very hot.
