The four star Sol y Sierra Hotel opened in 1998 and is built with the Andalucian architectural tradition, surrounded by gardens. It is located in the heart of the Serrania de Ronda (Ronda mountains), in the natural setting of Sierra de Los Alcornocales, just 15 minutes from Ronda (the capital of the region). It is situated in the town of Cortes de La Frontera, in the most western end of the province of Malaga.

The hotel has 26 rooms, all with a bathroom, telephone, satellite television, mini bar, air conditioning and terrace or balcony with views of the surrounding landscape.
