This Sol aparthotel has 315 rooms distributed amongst two buildings. In the main building, there are 277 double rooms, some of which have double beds. In the second building there are 38 double rooms, all of which have double beds. The total capacity of the hotel is completed with the three blocks of apartments, 16 in each, bringing the total number of rooms in the hotel to 363. All the rooms in the two main buildings have a bathroom and a terrace, the majority of which enjoy a sea view. The Balmoral apartments have a bedroom and a dining-room/lounge/kitchen, with television, fridge, cooker and microwave oven. The rooms and apartments all have ceiling fans and a safety deposit box. Fridges may be rented and extra beds can be provided upon request.

The Balmoral has two outdoor swimming pools for adults and two for children. All of them are freshwater pools and set in gardens with terraces with sun beds and parasols. There is an entertainment programme during the day and in the evening, with games, cabarets, as well as professional shows. There are also handgun, rifle, archery, darts and French bowls competitions, games in the swimming pool, a six metre climbing wall, two tennis courts and clubs for children: Club 4, Club 8 and Club 13, which are run by the Balmoral entertainment staff. Furthermore, the aparthotel offers a games room, mini cinema, videos, PS2 competitions, pool table and table tennis table, volleyball, five a side football pitch and a large satellite television screen. There is an outdoor stage for entertainment activities, depending on the weather, as well as a supermarket and cyber café with four internet connections. The aparthotel has air conditioning in public areas and in the 'Los Patos' restaurant. A range of snacks is also served here during the day and there is show cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a lounge bar, which is open from 10.00 until 24.00 hours and a pool bar open from 11.00 to 17.00 hours.
