The Pinos Playa Aparthotel is situated in the area of Cala Santanyí in the south east of the island, some 50 kilometres from the airport and 60 kilometres from Palma.

The Pinos Playa consists of an hotel and apartments. The hotel, located 100 metres from the beach, consists of two blocks joined by a tunnel. It has 94 double rooms and ten single ones, providing 198 beds. There are seven apartment blocks with a total of 54 apartments plus five studios, providing 172 beds and the entire complex is set in gardens. All rooms, apartments or studios have a ceiling fan, telephone, satellite television, refrigerator, bedroom, and bathroom. Rooms also have a balcony with or without sea view.

The aparthotel offers its guests different facilities including a varied programme of sporting activities and leisure events during the day for both adults and children and shows and competitions at night. For example, there is aerobics, archery, shooting, darts, water-polo games in the swimming pool or volleyball on the court and childrne's games and activities. The evening entertainment consists of professional shows such as Flamenco dancing and a variety of shows are also performed by the aparthotel's own entertainment team based on themes from musicals and other famous shows such as 'Cabaret', 'West Side Story' and 'Cats', as well as competitions and quizzes. Other facilities in the Pinos Playa include a bar with terrace and two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the cooler months and both with loungers and parasols. There is a pool table and restaurant. The hotel also offers reiki and different types of massage, treatments for skin, make up, hairdresser, sauna and jacuzzi, television lounge, currency exchange, safety deposit box and fax services.
