The one key Iris Apartments are located in Malgrat de Mar, within the pedestrian zone, 50 metres from the resort centre and 300 metres from the beach. Girona airport is 35 kilometres away and it is 82 kilometres to Barcelona airport.

Opened in 2005, the Iris complex has a total of 12 apartments over four floors. The apartments can sleep from up to four people and have a bedroom, living room/dining room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, satellite television, air conditioning, central heating and a balcony. Some apartments have a sea view.

Facilities at the apartments include a reception desk and a lift.
