The three star Monte Javea Villas are located in the area of Granadella, in Xabia, three kilometres from the beach, seven kilometres from the Playa del Arenal and the centre of Xabia. Alicante and Valencia airports are both 100 kilometres away.

Accommodation in the Monte Javea complex is in villas with two or three bedroom, for four to sox people. All villas have air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, satellite television, kitchenette, bathroom (some with a bath and others with a shower), living-dining room and a terrace.

This villa complex opened its doors in 2005 and offers a total of 15 villas. Facilities include parking and all villas have a garden with a private pool.
