One, two and three bedroom apartments have an American kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, fans in the living room and bedroom and furnished terrace with sea and pool views, television and safety deposit box. Three bedrooms apartments have two bathrooms.

Facilities at the Paraiso mar complex include an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, car park, lift and 24 hour reception.
