The one key Turisjavea complex is located near the town of Xabia. Some of the holiday homes are located near Denia and Moraira. The sea and the beach are between one and eight kilometres away, depending on the holiday home's location. The town centre of Xabia with its restaurants and shops is three kilometres from the complex.

The holiday homes in the Turisjavea complex come with an en suite bathroom, satellite television, dining area, kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and washing machine and a balcony or terrace.

Each holiday home in the complex lies amidst gardens or natural surrounds. They are all uniquely designed according to the owner's taste and come in different sizes and styles; although all still feature the same fittings. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park or garage.
