The one star Princess Garden Resort Hotel is located on the outskirts of L'Alfas del Pi and afford views out over the sea. The bungalows lie some three kilometres from the centre of the resort where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is four kilometres to Benidorm and eight kilometres to the Terra Mitica theme park. Alicante Airport is 68 kilometres away.

The Princess Garden Resort complex, which has grounds covering 18,000 square metres, opened in 2005 and offers 25 bungalows and four towers. The bungalows and rooms are all of varying sizes, ranging from junior suites with a bedroom for two persons and a lounge to grand suites with two bedrooms and a living room.
