This lovely hotel is situated in one of the most perfect locations, not too much into town but not too far away, two minutes walk to the nearest beach (I have timed it) and near enough to the marina which is a stunning place.

Hotel rooms were really clean and cool with the maids cleaning and making the beds every day. Food was great in my opinion and catered for the most fussy of eaters and people with special requirements. Although food wasn't the works, it was nice and wasn't too much to have on the hot days. Bar staff were really helpful and always served you with a smile. Although they speak little English, I got to understand them after taking your holidays for three years there. Met and became very good friends with a member of the bar staff's children.

Pool was regularly cleaned and there were always sunbeds to lie on. Evening entertainment was very good ranging from a magician, whose name escapes me, doing both magic for the younger guests and slightly older ones too. His act was different every year. Flamenco dancers were amazing and even interacted with the audience at the end. A light show was put on for the younger kids last year with luminous colours and shapes in the dark. Happy hour was on most nights with buy one get one free on most drinks. I am a teenager and when I was there the kids kept themselves to themselves not annoying the adults in the day or at night we were never noisy or had a bad mouth on us.

Overall I am definitely going to stay there again more than once in the future. If anybody has been to Club Hipico in 2007 please could you let me know if the Spanish bar staff are still working at the bar? Many thanks.

We went to Club Hipico through Dedicated Holidays. We are a young family with, at the time, a 15 month old child. Pool is fab and really clean, apartment basic but clean. Food is fine for kids and plenty of it.

Cala D'or is fab and Club Hipico is on the doorstep for both the marina and town. Going back next week as really pleased overall.
