The three key Tamia Apartments are situated some 300 metres from the beach in Puerto del Carmen on the south coast of Lanzarote.

The accommodation, at the Tamia complex, comprises 33 one bedroom apartments, each having a bathroom with hair dryer, a lounge with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and being equipped with ceiling fans and satellite television.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a snack bar, reception, and a swimming pool with a children's section. There is a supermarket across the road from the apartments, and there are many bars and restaurants on the seafront avenue.
