My friend and I spent a fab week here at the Barranco Seco apartments. We were looking for a chilled out week away without the kids and that's exactly what we got. It has a communal pool and in July it was never that busy, and although cool, once you were in it was fine. The grounds are small but immaculate with strict rules against drinks/glasses by the pool.

The accommodation was more than adequate although the furniture was a little dated. However, the situation more than makes up for this with just a two to three minute walk to the main road with every type of restaurant imaginable along with a mixture of bars. There is also a casino at the end of the road for those feeling lucky!

I would thoroughly recommend these apartments to people looking for a low key holiday rather than a lively one. Hopefully going back this year with the whole family we enjoyed it so much!

This was a truly relaxing holiday in beautiful apartment complex. Quiet, with no bar or restaurant which was just what I needed. The pool area was quiet and the whole place was clean and immaculate. It wasn't over-run with holiday makers or kids - great if like me, you wanted peace! I'm going again to the Barranco Seco in March and can't wait.
