The three star Astra Village Hotel is located at Svoronata, just 150 metres from Ammes beach, nine kilometres from Argostoli and two kilometres from the airport. The hotel is set out over a surface area of 20,000 square metres amidst the Ionian mountains and features a main building and the bungalow village pertaining to it. The design of the main building is inspired by the Ionian architecture, incorporating neoclassic elements.

The hotel offers 50 double, triple and quadruple rooms and four suites, all with a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box, cosmetic mirror, hair-dryer and bathroom. Double rooms are 25 square metres, are located in the bungalow village and have one bedroom with sitting-corner, a sea or side-sea view and a maximum occupancy of two adults. Triple rooms are 35 square metres, are located in the bungalow village and have one bedroom with sitting-corner, a sofa bed, sea or side-sea view and a maximum occupancy of three adults. Quadruple rooms are 45 square metres, are located in the bungalow village and have one bedroom with sitting-corner, a sofa bed, pull out bed, sea or side-sea view and a maximum occupancy of three adults and one child. Suites are 55 square metres, are located in the bungalow village and consist of two separate rooms: one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a sitting-corner, and a living room with a sitting-corner and a sofa bed, pull-out bed, bathroom, sea or side-sea view and a maximum occupancy of four adults.

Facilities at the Astra Village include an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun beds and sunshades by the pool, lounge with satellite television, snack bar, gardens, children's playground, room service, mini market, gift and souvenir shop, fax, secretarial and business services and parking. The hotel also features the 'Sirius' bar by the pool offering an outside terrace, non smoking area, English breakfast buffet and a variety of Greek and international cuisine.
