The four key Louis Nausicaa Beach Apartments are situated on a promontory, in Fig Tree Bay, about 500 metres from the centre of Protaras, in Paralimni, on the east coast of Cyprus. The apartments some 45 kilometres from Larnaca Airport.

The accommodation, at the Louis Nausicaa Beach, comprises 196 studio and one or two bedroom apartments, each having a bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite television and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include three restaurants, three bars, reception, a laundrette, a mini market and conference rooms for up to 80 people. The apartments also have two swimming pools (one heated in winter), a shaded children's paddling pool, a fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi and massage rooms. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, including a mini club for the younger children, and guests can take part in various sports and activities including tennis and beach volleyball. A number of water sports are available on the beach, under a separate management from the apartments.
