The four star Louis Princess Beach Hotel is situated in gardens, by the beach, some seven kilometres from the centre of Larnaca, on the east coast of Cyprus.

The accommodation, at the Louis Princess Beach, which was renovated in 2002/3, comprises 24 inland view rooms, 48 sea view rooms, and 66 garden (bungalow type) rooms, each having a private bathroom with hair dryer and a balcony or terrace and being equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite television, a direct dial telephone, a mini bar and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the hotel, include three restaurants (one seasonal), two bars, reception, 18 hour room service, lifts, and fully equipped conference/banqueting rooms for up to 200 delegates. The hotel also has a swimming pool, sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a children's pool and play ground, tennis courts, beach volley ball, a small fitness room, a sauna and massage (on request). An animation programme is arranged, including a mini club for children from four to 12, and the hotel has themed nights, live music and entertainments. Various water sports are available on the beach.
