The three key Loutsiana Apartments are situated some 300 metres from Macronissos beach, and about four kilometres from the centre of Ayia Napa, at the eastern end of the south coast of Cyprus.

The accommodation, at the Loutsiana, comprises 52 studios and one and two bedroom apartments, each having a private bathroom with hair dryer, a kitchenette and a balcony, and being equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite television, a direct dial telephone, a safety deposit box and tea and coffee making facilities.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a restaurant, a coffee shop, 24 hour reception, a laundrette, and a mini market. There is also a swimming pool, with poolside bar, a children's pool and play area, a sauna and a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. Occasional entertainment is provided.

The apartments have two private two bedroomed villas for hire.

There are clubs, bars, restaurants and shops some five minutes walk and the 'Water World' theme park is only two minutes away.
