The five star Aeneas Hotel is situated in about 14 acres of land, some 100 metres from the Nissi beach, and two kilometres west of Ayia Napa at the eastern end of the south coast of Cyprus.

The accommodation, in the Aeneas, comprises 326 twin rooms, executive rooms and suites, each having a private bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial telephone, a mini bar and a safety deposit box. Executive rooms and suites have direct access to the pool and have a jacuzzi. Rooms are available for non smokers and for disabled guests.

The facilities, at the hotel are as would be expected of a five star establishment and include two restaurants, four bars, lifts, a boutique, a hairdresser, a souvenir shop, a jewellery shop, laundry service, room service and a multi function business and conference centre for up to 550 people. wi-fi access is available in areas of the hotel. The hotel also has a free form swimming pool, one of the largest in Europe, with three pool side bars and sun terraces and gardens, a children's pool, and a health centre with a gym, an indoor pool and various baths and treatments. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided from May until October, and guests can take part in various sports and activities such as mini golf, five-a-side football, or use the two full size football pitches.

The hotel also provides a wedding service.
