The three star Elia Latchi Holiday Village is situated on a hill, by the beach, near the fishing village of Latchi on the north coast of Cyprus, some 35 kilometres north of Paphos.

The accommodation, at the Elia Holiday Village, comprises 145 studio apartments, one and two bed room apartments and maisonettes, in two storey buildings, each having a bathroom with hair dryer, and a kitchenette, and being equipped with air conditioning (at an extra charge), heating (included in the price), satellite television and a direct dial telephone. The apartments and maisonettes also have a lounge with two sofa beds.

The facilities, at the Village, include 24 hour reception with safety deposit boxes, a restaurant, two bars and a taverna, a television room, a laundrette and a mini market. Early meals and children's menus are available. The complex has two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, two children's paddling pools, pool side snack bars, a children's play area, three tennis courts, volley ball court, football pitch, mini golf and a games area. There is also a gym with sauna, jacuzzi, steam and massage rooms. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided.
