The four key Avanti Village Holiday Resort Apartments, which opened in 2004, are situated next to the Avanti Hotel, some 250 metres from the beach and about 15 minutes walk from the harbour at Paphos, on the west coast of Cyprus.

The accommodation, at the Avanti Village, comprises 244 one bedroom apartments, each having a bathroom with hair dryer, a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa beds and a terrace, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite television, a direct dial telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the resort, include a restaurant, a lounge cocktail bar, 24 hour reception, laundry facilities, internet access, a gift shop/kiosk, a ballroom with sprung wooden floor and a conference/meeting room for up to 200. The resort also has a lagoon style swimming pool with a swim-up pool bar, a children's free form paddling pool, playground and games room, sun beds and parasols, a gym, an aerobics room, two saunas, two steam rooms, a beauty salon, and an indoor heated pool. Guests can take part in various activities such as tennis and they may use the six bowling rinks and the football pitch at the Avanti Hotel.
